Returns Policy

PROBLEM:
I've ordered the wrong size. I need a bigger/smaller shirt.
SOLUTION:
1) Please email us for the return address
2) Return the t-shirt to us within 30 days along with a note to say what size you need.
3) Please ensure you return the t-shirt to us in the same condition it was originally sent with any tags still on the garment.
4) We no longer offer free returns. For your replacement t-shirt you will need to purchase additional t-shirt postage:

Please note that customised garments cannot be refunded or exchanged, so please be extra careful in choosing the right size.

We usually print the weeks' size exchanges on Fridays, though please be advised that at really busy times like Christmas it will take longer than usual.
We can't print a new size for you until we've received your returned shirt.

PROBLEM:
I have not received my item.
SOLUTION:
Royal mail is pretty darn reliable, however at times it can take a bit longer than expected - especially at Christmas.
If your item hasn't arrived on time, please email us to let us know and we will check the postal address with you. 
Your patience is really appreciated, so we do ask you to please give it an extra week to arrive after the expected time. If that's too late for you, that's not a problem - just send us the item back when it arrives and we will give you a full refund.

PROBLEM:
My shirt has a flaw/hole/print error.
SOLUTION:
Email us here admin@nornirontees.com  to let us know, we'll organise a replacement right away. 


PROBLEM:
I don't like the shirt design/colour I've received. Can I return it for a refund?
SOLUTION:
Yes you can, as long as it's unworn and returned to us within 30 Days neatly packaged. We'll refund your payment on receipt of the return.

PROBLEM:
You've sent me the wrong t-shirt.
SOLUTION:
Ooops. Sorry. We do make the occasional packing error.
Email us here admin@nornirontees.com to let us know the details and we'll get the right one sent to you.

Please note: if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address and this causes your order not to be delivered, we reserve the right to wait until the order is returned to us by the mail service before reshipping your order. This can take up to 8 weeks for non European mail as its returned to us via surface mail.
