* Postage Update*

Royal Mail and Parcelforce services to Europe have been reopened and are now fully operational, however apparently there is a slight delay of a couple of extra days onto deliveries to EU countires. Feel free to email us if you have any questions

Due to the ballix of the year we're having, postage and order times are taking that bit longer.
Please expect to give your order at least a week before it is sent.

Some orders will take a lot less than a week though - especially facemasks and standard t-shirts. If you can be flexible on colours that's even better!

If you would like to pick your order up, we offer a (socially distanced) pickup service from Lisburn. Just place your order as normal and email us afterwards to say you want to pick it up. We will then refund your postage and let you know where and when.


Q: If I order, how long will it take for you to send my order?

A: All items are made to order so they will usually take around 3-4 days before they are sent, however we are currently experiencing higher numbers of online orders, so in some cases it may be slightly longer and we would really appreciate your patience.
The Royal Mail is also currently experiencing delays, so please take this into account. We have reports of orders taking up to a week to arrive from being sent. Some are only taking a day. 

If you'd like to check on the status of your order please email us or give us a call on 07736433705 and have your order number to hand.

If your item is being shipped outside the UK, it can take up to 2-3 weeks.

If you need your order for a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible as we hate to disappoint!

Please note that parcels CANNOT be tracked as they are sent either standard airmail or first class Royal Mail. 
If you want them sent any other way, please email us and we can give you a price for that.

Q: I have not received my order. Where is it? 

A: i) Check above to see if the estimated delivery time in your shipping confirmation has expired. If you did not give us a valid email address or spelled it wrong, you will have not been able to receive this information from us. This is why it's so important to give us a proper, working email address.
ii) If it's beyond the estimated delivery time frame, email us here and let us know. We may arrange a reprint & reshipment. Items do get stolen or go missing in the mail.
UK: We send everything 1st class. About 65% arrives the next day. The other 35% usually arrives anything from 2-7 days after shipping. If it doesn't arrive after 7 days, it probably never will, so get in touch with us once 7 days have elapsed since you received your shipping confirmation. You should expect the slowest delivery times if you live in or around London where the mail service is, at times, appalling.

EUROPE: Deliveries to most European countries are almost always about 4-7 days after shipment from UK. If you have not received it after 10 days have elapsed since your shipping confirmation, email us and we'll organise a reshipment. The exception to this is Norway, where items are sometimes held up at customs, for that reason we advise Norwegian customers that deliveries can take up to 2 weeks and we'd ask you to wait that long before contacting us.

USA & Rest of the World: Deliveries to America and the Rest of the World can take anything from 5 - 20 days. The average time seems to be 10 days. If you have not got your order 20 days after your shipping confirmation, get in touch and we'll reship for you.

Q: Can you print my design/artwork onto a t-shirt?
A: Yes. Just email us and we'll take a look and give you a quote
Q: I'm not sure if my order went through? How can I find out if it did?
A: If after entering your card information on the Paypal secure payment page and clicking BUY, you did not see the Order Confirmation page with details of the items you ordered and the Transaction ID number, then you have almost certainly not successfully placed an order.
If you have successfully ordered from us you will also receive an Automatic Receipt from us by email restating your order details (as long as you have provided a working email address - this is very important!)

Q: Will a Large (or any other size) size fit me?
A: We don't know. We don't know how big you are. Consult the size either at the top of the page or on each t-shirt product page.

Q: Are your standard t-shirts tight or fitted in style?
A: No. They're just a regular style t-shirt. However the skinny fit tees are as the name suggests, skinny fits.

Q: Can you print onto a t-shirt that I'll send you.
A: We don't usually because if we misprint it - we've ruined your t-shirt.

Q: Why are some colours not available in skinny fit shirts?
A: We make all the colours we can get in women's skinny fits available. We'll introduce new colours as and when we can.

Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I send an order in the post/mail?
A: Sorry, we no longer accept cheques. However if you'd like to pick up your order you can pay by cash. Please call us on 07736433705 to talk to us about your order.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We usually print most orders in 3 working days. UK orders are sent 1st class. They should arrive the day after shipping but can take up to 5 days. Overseas shipments vary greatly. On average European orders arrive within 5-7 days and North American in 10-14 days. These are just guidelines though, it can take longer.

Q: Do you have the design I'm interested in buying in stock?
A: We print everything to order. We don't have any stock.

Q: Can you send my International order by Priority mail?
A: No. There's no suitably priced International Priority mail service for us to use. We ship by Regular Air Mail.

Q: Why haven't I had a Paypal auto receipt or a shipping confirmation?
A: We will have tried to send you one. If you have not got it, it will more than likely be because; 1)You gave us an invalid email address
2)Your ISP or mail browsers spam filter has deleted or blocked it
3)Your ISP blocks relayed mail.

Q: Can I use Paypal to pay? 

A: Yes. You can pay through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you will be asked for your payment details.

Q: I don't have a Paypal Account - can I still pay by Credit Card?
A: Yes, just click on the 'Don't have a paypal' account link and enter your card details.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

Q: There's an item missing from my order. Where is it?
A: We may have been out of stock of a colour/size t-shirt. A note should be included to inform you of this. If it isn't, it will be just be a packing error.  email us here . We'll get the missing item sent to you right away.

Q: I'm a designer. Do you buy in artwork for t-shirts?
A: No. We design everything here ourselves.

Q: Can I return a SALE ITEM?
A: No. Sale items cannot be returned for size exchanges under any circumstances.
